Upon arrival (5:00 PM) on the sidewalk near 301 W Congress St, Lafayette, LA 70501, you will be asked to sign a liability waiver and given a red wristband. This wristband is to be considered the property of LNV until the end of the event. If you disregard our ground rules and start an altercation with anyone, the wristband - along with your Sacred Heart patch - will be requested from you, and you will not be allowed to continue participating in our demonstration.

We will not engage with any hecklers. If someone attempts to physically assault an LNV demonstration participant or attempts to steal our property, we will shout “aggressor!” to call attention to the crime. You may stand between a victim and his assaulter to create a physical shield, but do not retaliate.

Above all, maintain a peaceful stalwartness, bearing all annoyances patiently and keeping in mind the example of Our Lord.

Come hydrated. We will have some water available, but it is best to come well-nourished and well-watered.

No firearms or weapons of any kind.

Bring a Rosary.

Dress code: Collared shirt, pants, a Sacred Heart patch on left breast.

Strongly recommended: Seek the Sacrament of Penance prior to the event.
